The short version. Realto uses the listings and client requirements you publish to match you with other real estate professionals. Your contact details are shared with another user when you choose to collaborate. Matching does not use AI. We don't sell personal information, and you can delete your account at any time.

5. Matching and our use of AI
Realto's matching is rule-based. It compares property characteristics, locations, budgets and preferences to identify potential matches. Matching does not use artificial intelligence.
To improve matching quality, we use AI tools, which may include third-party AI providers, to analyse match results. Before any data is shared with an AI provider, we remove information that identifies you or anyone else, including names, contact details, photos, account identifiers and company names. Only de-identified data, such as property attributes, budget ranges, areas and match outcomes, is analysed. We require our AI providers not to use this data to train their models.
Match results are suggestions to help you find opportunities. They don't guarantee the accuracy or availability of any property or the success of any transaction, and Realto doesn't use automated processing to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Third-party integrations
Realto may offer integrations with third-party platforms, including Pixxi CRM, which is operated by a company affiliated with Realto. When an organisation authorises an integration, Realto may access and process the property listing information made available through it.
For the Pixxi CRM integration, the data shared with Realto is limited to property listing information, which may include the listing agent's name and contact details. It does not include property owners' personal information. Integrations are subject to the organisation's authorisation and settings, and authorised administrators can disconnect them at any time. Other integrations may involve different data and will be disclosed where applicable.
7. When we share information
- Other Realto users. When you are matched, the other user can see the relevant listing or requirement details and your professional profile. Your contact details are shared when you choose to collaborate.
- Your organisation. If your account is linked to a brokerage, its authorised administrators can see your profile, the listings and requirements you publish under the brokerage, and the status of your collaborations. They can't read your messages.
- Service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, customer support and de-identified AI analysis. They process information only on our instructions and under confidentiality, security and data protection obligations.
- Integration providers, where your organisation has authorised an integration.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Realto.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, who must continue to protect your information under this policy.
Realto does not sell personal information.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your login details private.
9. International data transfers
Your information is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers located in the United Arab Emirates. Some of our service providers may process information outside the DIFC or the UAE. Where personal information is transferred, we apply the safeguards required by the DIFC Data Protection Law, such as transfers to jurisdictions recognised as adequate or approved contractual clauses.
